  • Note: When you program the remote control to a TV and an audio device, the "VOLUME" and "TV SOURCE" buttons will only be applicable to the audio device. Consequently, you will be able to turn the TV and audio system ON/OFF, but the volume control will only be that of the audio system.

  • 1.

Turn on your TV and/or your sound system. First program your TV and then your sound system.

  • 2. Find the code for your TV set / audio system from the following list (CODE). Brand names are listed in alphabetical order
  • 3.

Press the (OK/SELECT) and (MUTE) buttons simultaneously and hold them down until the red indicator light above the (TV) button flashes twice, then release both buttons

  • 4. Enter the first five-digit code given for your TV or audio device. If correctly entered, the indicator light for the button will flash twice

    Note:
If the button flashes only once and stays lit for a long time, the code you entered is incorrect. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the same code (or another code if available).
  • 5. Point the remote at your TV and press the (TV) button. Your TV should turn off. If this does not work, repeat steps 2 to 5
  • 6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to program your audio system
  • 7.

Once the remote control is programmed, we strongly recommend that you access the equipment settings to indicate that the volume keys will control the TV's volume. This modification will allow for optimal audio quality and prevent low terminal audio output

    1. Press MENU and select "Settings" 2. Select "Equipment Settings" 3. Scroll down the menu to "Volume Control" and select "On the TV"
