  • Note: Backing up your data to your Google account allows you to restore all of your data, passwords and settings if they are lost or if you have to reset your tablet

  • 1. From the Home screen, tap the status area on the bottom right of the screen
  • 2. Tap Settings
  • 3. Tap Privacy
  • 4. Make sure the check box beside Back Up My Data is checked.
  • 5. By default, your data is backed up to your primary Google account. If you would like to use a different account, tap Backup Account
  • 6. Tap Add Account
  • 7. Enter the email address of the account you would like to use
  • 8. Tap Password
  • 9. Enter your password
  • 10. Tap Sign In
