  • 1. From the home screen tap Settings

    Note: If the Settings icon has been removed from the home screen, you can access it by tapping the Menu key and then Settings
  • 2. Scroll down and tap Back Up and Reset
  • 3. Tap Factory Data Reset
  • 4. Tap Reset Phone
  • 5. Tap Erase Everything
