  • If you cannot find your phone, you can use another device to locate it

    Swipe down from the top of the screen

    Tap the Settings icon

  • 3.

    Tap Connections

  • 4.

    Tap Location

  • 5.

    Make sure the status switch is turned on

  • 6.

    Tap Locating Method

  • 7.

    Make sure High Accuracy is selected

  • 8.

    Tap the Back Key until you reach the main settings page

  • 9.

    Tap Biometrics and Security

  • 10.

    Tap Find My Mobile

  • 11.

    Make sure the three status switches are turned on

    You must be signed into your Samsung account in order for your phone to be located. If you have not already added your account to your phone, you will need to do so now

  • 12.

    In the web browser on another device, go to findmymobile.samsung.com

  • 13.

    Click Sign In

  • 14.

    Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Samsung account and then click Password

  • 15.

    Enter your password and then click Sign In

  • 16.

    The location of your phone will be displayed on the map

  • 17.

    You can remotely perform actions on your phone such as make it ring, erase it or lock it by clicking on the icons below the phone’s name
