  • Note: Find My Phone is a feature that enables you to locate your phone from a web browser using the phone's data connection. You must be signed in to your Windows Live account on your phone and have location services turned on to be able to use this feature.
  • 1. From the Start screen, scroll down and tap Settings
  • 2. Scroll down and tap Find My Phone
  • 3. Tap the check box beside Connect to these features faster
  • 4. In a web browser, go to www.windowsphone.com/en-CA/my
  • 5. Click Sign In
  • 6. Enter your Windows Live ID. This must be the same as the ID on your phone
  • 7. Enter your password
  • 8. Click Sign In
  • 9. Click Find My Phone
  • 10. The current location of your phone will be displayed on a map
  • 11. If you would like your phone to ring to help you locate it, click Ring Phone
  • 12. You can also lock or erase your phone by clicking Lock or Erase
