  • 1. Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone on
  • 2. Select your language and then tap the arrow
  • 3. Proceed through the set up assistant until you reach the Got Another Device? screen
  • 4. Tap Copy your Google Accounts, app, and data from your other device
  • 5. Tap Next
  • 6. On your old device, open the Google Settings app
  • 7. Tap Set up nearby device
  • 8. Tap Next
  • 9. Tap your phone’s name
  • 10. Make sure the code matches on both phones and then tap Next on your old phone
  • 11. Tap Next
  • 12. Enter your unlock method
  • 13. Tap Copy
  • 14. When the data has transferred, tap Close
  • 15. On your new phone, proceed through the set up process
