  • This topic describes how to copy photos and videos on your phone to your computer
  • 1. Attach the USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC
  • 2. Scroll to USB Drive and press the Trackpad.
  • 3. On your computer, open the Removable Drive
  • 4. Select the file you would like to transfer and copy it by pressing Ctrl + C simultaneously
  • 5. Locate the folder you want to move the file to and paste it by pressing Ctrl + V simultaneously
  • 6. Once all of the files have transferred to your PC, click Safely Remove Hardware
  • 7. Click Eject Device
  • 8. Disconnect the USB cable
