    From the Home screen, press the Camera key

    Press the Menu key

    Scroll to Video Camera and press the TrackPad

  • 4.

    Press the Menu key

    Scroll to Options and press the TrackPad

    Scroll to the drop-down menu beneath Video Format and press the TrackPad

  • 7.

    Scroll to MMS Mode and press the TrackPad

  • 8.

    Press the Menu key

  • 9.

    Save will be highlighted, press the TrackPad

  • 10.

    Press the Trackpad to start recording

  • 11.

    Press the Trackpad to stop recording

  • 12.

    Scroll to Send and press the TrackPad

  • 13.

    Scroll to Text Message and press the TrackPad

  • 14.

    Enter the number you would like to send the message to and then press the TrackPad

  • 15.

    To send the message to a number in your address book, enter the first few letters of the contact's name and then scroll to the name in the list displayed and press the TrackPad

  • 16.

    Scroll to the text entry field and enter the text of your message and then press the Menu key

  • 17.

    Send will be highlighted, press the TrackPad
