- If you encounter a problem with the app, here's how to report it:
- 1. Check Wi-Fi Only if you do not want the app to run when you are on our mobile network
Note: A message will pop-up reminding you of the limitations of the app once this feature has been disabled. Click on Continue to proceed.
- 2. Click on Report a Problem
- 3. The calling function on your phone will open with *611 already dialed
- 4. Press the Send button to make the call
