  • 1. When opening the app, you will automatically be redirected to the Summary page
  • 2. Phone number associated with your device
  • 3. Date when the data usage for this device was last updated. By default, data usage results are updated every 30 minutes. If you would like to change the frequency of the updates, press on the Menu located in the app list of your phone
  • 4. First day of the billing cycle
  • 5. Last day of the billing cycle
  • 6. Days left in the current billing cycle
  • 7. Graph representing the data usage to date for your device (if the data usage bar is red, you have exceeded your monthly allowance and additional fees will apply)
  • 8. Your data add-on: the total data allowance included in your Mobile plan
  • 9. Your data usage (if the data usage bar is red, you have exceeded your monthly allowance and additional fees will apply)
  • 10. Your remaining data allowance (if the the remaining data allowance is red, you have exceeded your monthly allowance and additional fees will apply)
  • 11. Additional data usage fees (if the additional data usage fees section is red, you have exceeded your monthly allowance and additional fees will apply)
  • 12. The Call a representative button (available for smartphones only): Select this button to call a customer service representative, free of charge, in order to add a mobile data add-on and avoid paying additional fees

    Note: If you receive a message informing you that your data results may be inaccurate, it's because you made changes to your data plan mid-way through your billing cycle. This will be fixed at the start of your next billing cycle
