    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key

    Tap Power Off

    Turn the phone over so that the back is facing you

    Remove the SIM Card tray

  • 5. Remove the SD Card tray
  • 6.

    With the metal contacts facing up, place the SD Card into the tray

  • 7. Replace the SD Card tray
  • 8.

    Replace the SIM Card tray

  • 9.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
