    Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

    Tap the Settings icon

    Tap More

  • 4.

    Tap Tethering & Portable Hotspot

  • 5.

    Tap the status switch beside Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot

  • 6.

    Tap OK

    Turning a portable hotspot on will deactivate Wi-Fi

  • 7.

    Tap Portable Hotspot Settings

  • 8.

    Tap Configure Hotspot

  • 9.

    Enter a name for the hotspot and then tap Password. This is the name that other devices will see when searching for the network

  • 10.

    Enter a password for the network and then tap Return. This is the password that will need to be entered on other devices

  • 11.

    Tap Save

  • 12.

    To turn a hotspot off, swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

  • 13.

    Tap the Hotspot icon
