Setting the Phone Lock Code

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers
2. Tap the Settings icon
3. Scroll down and tap Lock Screen & Security
4. Tap Screen Lock
5. Tap your desired unlock method. In this example, we will select PIN
6. If you would like to the PIN to be required to start your phone, make sure Require PIN to start device is selected
7. Tap Continue
8. Enter a PIN and then tap Continue
9. Re-enter the PIN and then tap OK
10. Select if you would like notifications displayed on the home screen. We will select Don’t show notifications at all
11. Tap Done
12. Tap Automatically Lock
13. Tap the duration after the phone goes to sleep after which you would like the phone to lock
14. When your phone locks, press the Power/Lock Key to unlock it
15. Swipe the lock icon upwards
16. Enter your PIN
