    From the home screen, tap the Application Launcher

  • 2.

    Swipe the screen to the left

  • 3.

    Tap Maps

  • 4.

    Your location will be indicated with a blue arrow

  • 5.

    To search for a location, tap the Search icon

  • 6.

    Enter the address or location you wish to search for and then tap Return

  • 7.

    The location will be indicated with a red marker

  • 8.

    To get directions to a location, tap the Directions icon

  • 9.

    Enter your destination and then tap Get Directions

  • 10.

    Your route will be indicated with a blue line

  • 11.

    To view a step-by-step list of directions, tap Directions List

  • 12.

    To view GPS directions, tap the GPS icon

  • 13.

    Tap Accept

  • 14.

    The GPS directions will launch. Your current location and the direction you are facing will be indicated by a blue arrow

  • 15.

    To exit GPS navigation, tap the Back key

  • 16.

    Tap OK

  • 17.

    To search for businesses and attractions near you, tap the Marker icon

  • 18.

    Tap the location field

  • 19.

    Tap My Current Location

  • 20.

    Tap the category you wish to search for. In this example, we will select Restaurants

  • 21.

    A list of nearby restaurants will be displayed. To view them on a map, tap Map View

  • 22.

    Nearby restaurants will be indicated with a red marker. To view details of a location, tap on the marker
