  • This topic describes how to copy photos and videos on your phone to your computer
  • 1.

    Attach the USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC

  • 2.

    On your computer, open the Removable Drive

  • 3.

    Select the file you would like to transfer and copy it by pressing Ctrl + C simultaneously

  • 4.

    Locate the folder you want to move the file to and paste it by pressing Ctrl + V simultaneously

  • 5.

    When you have finished transferring files, click Safely Remove Hardware

  • 6.

    Select the correct USB Mass Storage Device

  • 7.

    Click OK

  • 8.

    Disconnect the USB cable
