  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network

  • 1.

    To turn the phone off, swipe down from the top of the screen

  • 2.

    Tap the Power icon

  • 3.

    Tap Power Off

  • 4.

    Tap Power Off

  • 5.

    Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM tray and push until the tray pops out

  • 6.

    Remove the Nano SIM Card from its holder

  • 7.

    With the metal contacts facing down, place the SIM Card into the SIM slot in the tray

  • 8.

    Slide the tray back into place

  • 9.

    Press and hold the Bixby/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
