  • 1. Tap keys to enter letters and numbers
  • 2. Tap the Space Bar to enter a space
  • 3. Tap the Shift Key to enter an uppercase letter
  • 4. Double-tap the Shift Key to turn caps lock on
  • 5. Tap the Backspace Key to delete text
  • 6. To enter an alternative character for a key, tap and hold on it
  • 7. Drag your finger over the character you wish to use and then lift your finger
  • 8. To enter symbols, tap Sym
  • 9. Tap 1/2 to view additional symbols
  • 10. Tap ABC to return to letters
  • 11. As you type, the keyboard will try to predict which word you wish to use. The most likely word will be highlighted in blue. Tap the Space Bar to use this word
  • 12. To use one of the other suggested words, tap on it
  • 13. To select text, tap and hold on the first word you would like to select
  • 14. Drag the handles out to cover all of the text you wish to select
  • 15. Tap and hold Ctrl and then tap the letter that corresponds to the action you would like to perform. Tapping C copies the text. Tapping X cuts the text. Tapping V pastes the text. Tapping A will select all text. Tapping Z will undo the previous action. Tapping Y will redo an action
