  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network

  • 1.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the tablet off

  • 2.

    Tap Power Off

  • 3.

    Tap Power Off

  • 4.

    Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM tray and push until the tray pops out

  • 5.

    Place the SIM Card into the tray with the metal contacts facing down

  • 6.

    Insert the tray into the SIM slot

  • 7.

    Press the Power/Lock Key to turn the tablet back on
