  • Notifications are small messages from apps or the operating system alerting you to new information

    To view your notifications, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger

    Tap a notification to be taken to the app it pertains to

    To delete a notification, swipe it all the way to the left

  • 4.

    To delete all notifications, tap Clear

    To change the notification settings for an app, swipe the notification part way to the left

    Tap the Settings icon

    Tap a setting to change it

    To block notifications from an app, tap and hold on it

    Tap the status switch

    Tap Save

    Some notifications allow you to perform actions directly from the notification. For example, you can reply to an email or a text message. To do this, tap the name of the app in the notification you wish to reply to

    Tap Reply

  • 13.

    Enter the text of your reply and then tap Send
