  • Note: You must have a Google account and be signed in to it to be able to download apps from the Play Store.
  • 1.

    From the Home screen, tap Play Store

    Note:     If the Play Store icon is no longer on the Home screen, you can access it from the application launcher

    Tap Apps

  • 3.

    Swipe left until you reach Top Free

  • 4.

    Tap the app you wish to view

  • 5.

    To download the app, tap Download or Install

    Note:     If you have never downloaded the app before, the button will be labeled Download. If you have previously downloaded the app but it is not currently on the phone the button will be labeled Install

  • 6.

    A list of permissions the app requires will be displayed. Tap Accept & Download to begin the install. The app will be downloaded to the app launcher

  • 7.

    To browse for an app, tap the Search icon

  • 8.

    Enter the search term and then tap the Search icon

  • 9.

    Tap the app you wish to view
