  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Tap Clouds and Accounts
  • 4. Tap Smart Switch
  • 5. Tap Start
  • 6. Tap Agree
  • 7. Select whether you would like to use a USB cable or Wireless to transfer the data. We will select Wireless
  • 8. Tap Receive
  • 9. Select the operating system of your old phone. In this example, we will select Android
  • 10. On your old phone, open Smart Switch. You may need to download it from the Google Play Store
  • 11. Tap Start
  • 12. Tap Agree
  • 13. Tap Wireless
  • 14. Tap Send
  • 15. Tap Connect
  • 16. Select the types of data you wish to transfer and then tap Send
  • 17. Tap Receive on your new phone
  • 18. When the transfer has finished, tap Close App on both phones
