Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Edge Screen
  • 4. Tap Edge Panels
  • 5. Make sure the status switch is set to On
  • 6. Make sure the box above the People panel is checked
  • 7. Tap the Edit icon under the People panel
  • 8. Tap My People
  • 9. Tap Add Contact
  • 10. Tap the contact you wish to add
  • 11. You can add up to five contacts. When you have added all of the contacts you wish to add, tap the Back Key
  • 12. To call, message or email one of the contacts swipe the edge screen tab towards the centre of the screen
  • 13. Swipe left until you reach the People Edge panel
  • 14. Tap the contact you wish to call, message or email
  • 15. Tap the Call, Message or Email icon
  • 16. If you receive a notification from one of your designated contacts, a tab the same colour as the colour assigned to that contact will be displayed
  • 17. Drag the tab towards the centre of the screen
  • 18. Tap on the notification to open it
  • 19. You can call, message or email a contact by tapping the corresponding icon
