  • Samsung KNOX allows you to have separate, secure versions of apps so you can keep your work and personal data apart. If you installed KNOX as part of the phone’s initial setup process, you can skip to step 6
  • 1. From the home screen, tap Play Store
  • 2. Tap the Search Bar
  • 3. Enter Samsung KNOX and then tap the Search icon
  • 4. Tap Samsung My KNOX
  • 5. Tap Install
  • 6. From the home screen, tap My KNOX
  • 7. Tap Get Started
  • 8. Tap Allow
  • 9. Tap I agree to all of the terms above
  • 10. Tap Confirm
  • 11. Tap Allow Account Suggestions
    If you haven’t set up an email address yet, or if you would like to use a different address, tap Add Account
  • 12. Tap which email address you would like to use
  • 13. Tap Next
  • 14. Select the apps you would like to add
  • 15. Tap Next
  • 16. Select the lock method you would like to use. In this example we will select PIN
  • 17. Tap Next
  • 18. Enter a PIN and then tap Continue. This must contain at least 8 numbers
  • 19. Re-enter the PIN and then tap Continue
  • 20. Tap Set Up
  • 21. From the home screen, tap My KNOX
  • 22. The apps available in Samsung KNOX will be displayed. Tap an icon to open the app
