  • Samsung Smart Switch Mobile allows you to transfer data such as contacts, call logs, text messages, photos and music to your new phone
  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Backup and Reset
  • 4. Tap Open Smart Switch
  • 5. Select the type of phone you wish to transfer data from. We will select Android Device
  • 6. Tap Start
  • 7. Tap Receive
  • 8. On your old phone, open Samsung Smart Switch Mobile
    If you are not transferring files from a Samsung phone, or if your phone does not have Samsung Smart Switch Mobile installed, you will need to download it from the Play Store
  • 9. Tap Android Device
  • 10. Tap Start
  • 11. Tap Send
  • 12. Select the items you would like to send
  • 13. Tap Send
  • 14. On your new phone, tap Receive
  • 15. When the files have finished transferring, tap Close App on your old phone
  • 16. Tap Close App on your new phone
