  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Accounts
  • 4. Tap Add Account
  • 5. Tap Samsung Account
  • 6. Tap Sign In
    If you do not have a Samsung account, tap Create Account and follow the steps to set up on. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Google ID
  • 7. Enter the email address associated with your Samsung account and then tap Next
  • 8. Enter your password and then tap Sign In
  • 9. Tap the arrow beside Accounts
  • 10. Tap Lock Screen and Security
  • 11. Tap Find My Mobile
  • 12. Enter your password and then tap Confirm
  • 13. Make sure that the status switches beside Remote Controls and Google Location Service are turned on
  • 14. In a web browser, go to findmymobile.samsung.com
  • 15. Click Email
  • 16. Enter your email address and then click in the Password field
  • 17. Enter your password and then click Sign In
  • 18. Click Locate My Device
  • 19. The current location of your phone will be displayed on the map
