Using S Health

- S Health is allows you to monitor and manage your health
- 1. From the home screen, tap Apps
- 2. Swipe the screen left
- 3. Tap S Health
- 4. Tap Next
- 5. Tap the check box beside all three instances of Agree
- 6. Tap Next
- 7. Tap Name
- 8. Enter your name and then tap Birthday
- 9. Use the arrows to enter your date of birth and then tap Set
- 10. Tap your gender
- 11. Tap Height
- 12. Enter your height and then tap Next
- 13. Enter your weight and then tap Start
- 14. Tap OK
- 15. To count the number of steps you take on a journey, tap Walking Mate
- 16. Tap Start
- 17. The phone will count the number of steps you take
- 18. Tap Pause to stop counting
- 19. Tap the Graph icon to view your progress throughout the day
- 20. Tap the Back Key
- 21. Tap the Menu Key
- 22. To track the number of calories you consume, tap Food Tracker
- 23. Tap Breakfast
- 24. Tap the Camera icon
- 25. Tap the Camera icon to take a photo of your food to record it for your records
- 26. Tap Add Food Information
- 27. Enter the type of food it is and then tap the Search icon
- 28. Tap the food from the displayed list
- 29. The number of calories consumed will be displayed. Tap Done to save
