  • 1. In a text entry screen, tap the letters to enter text
  • 2. Tap the Space Bar to enter a space
  • 3. Tap Shift to enter an uppercase letter
  • 4. Double-tap Shift to turn caps lock on and off
  • 5. Tap the Delete key to delete text
  • 6. To enter the secondary character for each key, tap and hold in it for 1 second
  • 7. To enter additional characters for each key, tap and hold on it for 2 seconds and then tap the character you wish to use
  • 8. Tap +!= to access symbols and numbers
  • 9. When you start typing a word, the phone will attempt to predict which word you intend to use. The most likely word will be highlighted in orange. Tap the Space Bar to use this word
  • 10. To use one of the other suggested words, tap on it
