  • Note: You must have a Memory Card installed in your phone and have saved your photos on the Memory Card in order to transfer them to a computer

  • 1. Attach a USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC
  • 2. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 3. Tap USB Connected
  • 4. Tap Connect Storage to PC
  • 5. Tap OK
  • 6. On your PC, select Open folder to view files
  • 7. Open the DCIM folder
  • 8. Open the Camera folder
  • 9. Select the photos and videos you wish to transfer to your PC
  • 10. Drag the files into the desired location on your PC
  • 11. When the files have finished transferring, click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
  • 12. Select the Removable Drive
  • 13. On your phone, tap Disconnect Storage from PC
  • 14. Detach the USB cable from your phone
