  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network

  • 1.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone off

  • 2.

    Tap Power Off

  • 3.

    Tap Power Off

  • 4.

    Insert the SIM removal tool into the hole in the SIM Card tray and push until the tray pops out

  • 5.

    Remove the nano-SIM Card from its holder

  • 6.

    With the metal contacts facing down, place the SIM Card into the tray

  • 7.

    Slide the SIM Card tray back into the phone until it is securely in place

  • 8.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
