  • 1. From the home screen, tap Apps
  • 2. Tap Samsung
  • 3. Swipe the apps to the left
  • 4. Tap Secure Folder
  • 5. Swipe left to scroll through the tutorial
  • 6. Continue swiping left and then tap Start
  • 7. Tap Sign In
  • 8. Tap ID
    If you don’t already have a Samsung account, tap Create Account to set one up
  • 9. Enter the email address associated with your Samsung account and then tap Next
  • 10. Enter your password and then tap Sign In
  • 11. Select a lock type. In this example, we will select PIN
  • 12. Enter a PIN and then tap Continue
  • 13. Re-enter your PIN and then tap Continue
  • 14. To add apps to the folder, tap Add
  • 15. Tap the apps you wish to add and then tap Add
  • 16. To lock the folder, tap the Lock icon
  • 17. To reopen the folder, tap it
  • 18. Enter your unlock method and then tap OK
