Using Find My Mobile To Locate Your Phone

- 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
- 2. Tap the Settings icon
- 3. Scroll down and tap Cloud and Accounts
- 4. Tap Accounts
- 5. Tap Add Account
- 6. Tap Samsung Account
- 7. Tap IDIf you don’t already have a Samsung account, tap Create Account to set one up
- 8. Enter the email address associated with your Samsung account and then tap Next
- 9. Enter your password and then tap Sign In
- 10. Press the Back Key twice
- 11. Tap Lock Screen and Security
- 12. Tap Find My Mobile
- 13. Enter your Samsung account’s password and then tap Confirm
- 14. Make sure that the status switches beside Remote Controls and Google Location Service are turned on
- 15. In a web browser, go to findmymobile.samsung.com
- 16. Select Find
- 17. Select Enter ID
- 18. Enter the email address associated with your Samsung account into the Email field and then select Password
- 19. Enter your password and then select Sign In
- 20. The current location of your phone will be displayed on the map
- 21. To ring your phone, tap Ring My Device
- 22. On your phone, swipe the X to stop the ringing
