  • Samsung Smart Switch Mobile allows you to transfer data such as contacts, call logs, text messages, photos and music to your new phone. You will need Smart Switch installed on your old phone
  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Cloud and Accounts
  • 4. Tap Smart Switch
  • 5. Select how you would like to transfer your content. In this example, we will select Wireless
  • 6. Tap Receive
  • 7. Select the type of old device you are transferring data from. We will select Android
  • 8. On your old phone, open Smart Switch
  • 9. Tap Android
  • 10. Tap Start
  • 11. Tap Send
  • 12. Select the content you want to transfer
  • 13. Tap Send
  • 14. On your new phone, tap Receive
  • 15. When the files have finished transferring, tap Close App on your old phone
  • 16. Tap Close App on your new phone
