  • 1. From the home screen, tap Apps
  • 2. Tap Galaxy Apps
  • 3. Tap Agree
  • 4. Tap Search
  • 5. Enter Samsung Smart Switch Mobile and then tap Done
  • 6. Tap Samsung Smart Switch Mobile
  • 7. Tap Install
  • 8. Tap Accept and Download
  • 9. From the home screen, tap Apps
  • 10. Swipe the screen to the left
  • 11. Tap Smart Switch
  • 12. Tap Agree
  • 13. Select the type of phone you wish to transfer data from. We will select Android Device
  • 14. Tap Start
  • 15. Tap Receiving Device
  • 16. On your old phone, open Samsung Smart Switch Mobile
  • 17. Tap Agree
  • 18. Tap Android Device
  • 19. Tap Start
  • 20. Make sure Sending Device is selected and then tap Connect
  • 21. Select the items you would like to send
  • 22. Tap Send
  • 23. On your new phone, tap Receive
  • 24. The data will transfer from your old phone to your new one
  • 25. When the transfer is complete, tap Finish on your old phone
  • 26. Tap Done on your new phone
  • 27. Tap Finish
