  • Private mode hides personal content so other users of your phone cannot access it
  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Private Mode
  • 4. Tap Next
  • 5. Tap Next
  • 6. Tap Start
  • 7. Tap your unlock method. In this example, we will select Password
  • 8. Enter a password and then tap Continue
  • 9. Confirm the password and then tap OK
  • 10. To make a file private, browse to it and tap the Menu icon
  • 11. Scroll down and tap Move to Private
  • 12. Any file marked as private will have an icon in the top right corner
  • 13. To take an item out of private mode, tap the Menu icon
  • 14. Scroll down and tap Remove from Private
  • 15. Select the folder you would like to add the file to
  • 16. To turn private mode off, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 17. Tap the Settings icon
  • 18. Scroll down and tap Private Mode
  • 19. Tap the status switch beside Private Mode
  • 20. Tap OK
