Using S Health
Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys
- S Health is allows you to monitor and manage your health

From the home screen, tap Apps
- 2.
Tap Samsung
- 3.
Tap S Health
- 4.
Tap Start
- 5.
Tap the check box beside Agree
- 6.
Tap Next
- 7.
If you would like to retrieve existing S Health data from your Samsung account, tap Backup and Restore. Otherwise, tap Skip
- 8.
Tap Name
- 9.
Enter your name and then tap Birthday
- 10.
Use the arrows to enter your date of birth and then tap Set
- 11.
Tap your gender
- 12.
Tap Height
- 13.
Enter your height and then tap Next
- 14.
Enter your weight and then tap Next
- 15.
Select your weight-loss goal and then tap Next
- 16.
If you would like to set a target calorie intake, tap the target calorie intake per day field
- 17.
Enter your daily intake of calories target and then tap Next
- 18.
Enter the amount of calories you would like to burn in a day and then tap Next
- 19.
To count the number of steps you take on a journey, tap Walking Mate
- 20.
Tap Start
- 21.
The phone will count the number of steps you take
- 22.
Tap Pause to stop counting
- 23.
Tap OK
- 24.
Tap the Graph icon to view your progress throughout the day
- 25.
Tap Walking Mate to return to the main menu
