  • 1. From the home screen, swipe left
  • 2. Tap Settings

    Note: If the Settings icon has been removed from the Home screen, you can access settings by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the Settings icon next to the date
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Backup & Reset
  • 4. Tap Factory Data Reset. Resetting your phone will delete any data or files stored on it
  • 5. Tap Reset Phone
  • 6. Tap Erase Everything
