  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone off

  • 2.

    Tap Power Off

    Tap Power Off

    Remove the battery cover

  • 5.

    Remove the battery

  • 6.

    Remove the Nano SIM Card from its holder

  • 7.

    With the metal contacts facing down, slide the SIM Card into the SIM slot

  • 8.

    Replace the battery

  • 9.

    Replace the battery cover

  • 10.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
