  • Samsung Smart Switch Mobile allows you to transfer data such as contacts, call logs, text messages, photos and music to your new phone
  • 1. From the home screen, tap Play Store
  • 2. Tap the Search Bar
  • 3. Enter Samsung Smart Switch and then tap the Search icon
  • 4. Tap Samsung Smart Switch Mobile
  • 5. Tap Install
  • 6. From the home screen, tap Apps
  • 7. Swipe the screen to the left
  • 8. Tap Smart Switch
  • 9. Tap Start
  • 10. Tap Agree
  • 11. Select the type of phone you wish to transfer data from. We will select Android Device
  • 12. Tap Start
  • 13. Tap Receive
  • 14. On your old phone, open Samsung Smart Switch Mobile
    If you are not transferring files from a Samsung phone, or if your phone does not have Samsung Smart Switch Mobile installed, you will need to download it from the Play Store
  • 15. Tap Android Device
  • 16. Tap Start
  • 17. Tap Send
  • 18. Select the items you would like to send
  • 19. Tap Send
  • 20. On your new phone, tap Receive
  • 21. When the transfer is complete, tap Close App on your old phone
  • 22. Tap Close App on your new phone
