  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Tap NFC
  • 4. Tap the status switch beside NFC
  • 5. Android Beam should turn on by default. If it does not, tap Android Beam
  • 6. Tap the status switch
  • 7. To transfer a file, open the file you wish to send
  • 8. Touch the back of your phone to the back of another compatible device
  • 9. Tap your phone's screen. The file will be sent automatically
