  • If you cannot find your phone, you can use another device to locate it

    Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger

  • 2.

    Tap the Settings icon

  • 3.

    Scroll down and tap Location

  • 4.

    Make sure the status switch beside Location is turned on

  • 5.

    Tap the Back Key

  • 6.

    Tap Biometrics and Security

  • 7.

    Make sure that the status switch beside Find My Mobile is turned on

  • 8.

    Tap Find My Mobile

  • 9.

    Make sure the status switch beside Remote Unlock is turned on

    You can also turn on Send Last Location which will send the phone’s last location when the battery is low. You must be signed into your Samsung account in order for your phone to be located. If you have not already added your account to your phone, you will need to do so now

    In the web browser on another device, go to findmymobile.samsung.com

  • 11.

    Click Sign In

  • 12.

    Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Samsung account and then click Password

  • 13.

    Enter your password and then click Sign In

  • 14.

    The location of your phone will be displayed on the map

  • 15.

    You can remotely perform actions on your phone such as make it ring, erase it or lock it by clicking on the icons below the phone’s name
