  • These steps will demonstrate how to turn the phone on and off, and how to restart the phone

    To turn the phone on, press and hold the Bixby/Lock Key

    If required, unlock the phone

    To turn the phone off, swipe down from the top of the screen

    Tap the Power icon

  • 5.

    Tap Power Off

    Tap Power Off

    To restart the phone, swipe down from the top of the screen

    Tap the Power icon

    Tap Restart

    Tap Restart. The phone will turn off and then back on again
