  • If you have data stored on another device, you can use Smart Switch to transfer it to your new phone

    Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger

  • 2.

    Tap the Settings icon

  • 3.

    Scroll down and tap Accounts and Backup

  • 4.

    Tap Smart Switch

  • 5. Tap Download
  • 6. Tap Agree
  • 7.

    Tap Allow

  • 8.

    Tap Receive Data

  • 9.

    Tap the type of device you will be transferring data from. We will select Galaxy/Android

  • 10.

    Select how you would like to transfer the data. In this example, we will select Wireless

  • 11.

    On the other device, open Smart Switch. You may need to download this from the Google Play Store

  • 12.

    Tap Agree

  • 13.

    Tap Allow

  • 14.

    Tap Send Data

  • 15.

    Tap Wireless

  • 16.

    Tap Allow

  • 17.

    On your new phone, select the data you wish to transfer and then tap the arrow. The data will copy from your old phone to your new phone

  • 18.

    When the transfer is complete, tap the check mark on both devices
