    From the Start screen, tap Calendar

    To add an appointment, tap the + icon

  • 3.

    Tap Subject

  • 4.

    Enter a name for the appointment

  • 5.

    Tap Location

  • 6. Enter a location for the appointment

    Scroll down and tap the date under When

  • 8.

    Tap the day

  • 9.

    Swipe up or down to select the day

  • 10.

    Repeat this for month and the year and then tap the Check icon

  • 11.

    Tap the Time under When

  • 12.

    Tap the hour

  • 13.

    Swipe up or down to change the hour

  • 14.

    Repeat this for the minutes and AM/PM and then tap the Check icon

  • 15.

    Fill out the rest of the fields in this manner and then tap the Save icon

  • 16.

    Appointments will be highlighted with an green bar. Tap on an appointment to view its details
