  • Note: You will need to download and install the Zune software on your PC in order to sync photos with your phone

  • 1.

    Attach the USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC

  • 2.

    The Zune software will automatically open on your PC. Click the Phone icon in the bottom left of the window

  • 3.

    Click Pictures

  • 4.

    Click Camera Roll

  • 5.

    Select the photos you wish to transfer to your computer

  • 6.

    Drag the photos to the computer icon in the bottom right of the window. The photos will be placed in the Pictures section of the Collection tab

  • 7.

    When the photos have finished syncing, click the Close icon

  • 8.

    Click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media

  • 9.

    Click Eject Nokia Lumia 710

  • 10.

    Detach the USB cable from your phone
