  • Transfer your pictures and vidoes to your PC from your device
  • 1.

    Attach the USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC

  • 2.

    Scroll to Mass Storage and press the Scroll Pad

  • 3.

    On your computer, open the RemovableDrive

  • 4.

    Select the file you would like to transfer and copy it by pressing Ctrl + C simultaneously

  • 5.

    Locate the folder you want to move the file to and paste it by pressing Ctrl + V simultaneously

  • 6.

    When you have finished transferring files, click Safely Remove Hardware

  • 7.

    Select the correct USB Mass Storage Device

  • 8. A confirmation message will be displayed
  • 9.

    Disconnect the USB cable
