  • You must have a Memory Card inserted in your phone
  • 1. Connect a USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC
  • 2. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 3. Tap Connected as a media device
  • 4. Tap Mass Storage
  • 5. On your PC, select Open folder to view files
  • 6. Open the DCIM folder
  • 7. Open the Camera folder
  • 8. Select the photos and videos you wish to transfer to your PC
  • 9. Drag the files in to the desired location on your PC
  • 10. When the files have finished transferring, click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
  • 11. Select the Removable Drive
  • 12. Detach the USB cable from your phone
