  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers
  • 2. Tap Settings
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Language & Input
  • 4. Tap the Settings icon beside Google Keyboard
  • 5. Tap Input Languages
  • 6. By default, the keyboard uses the phone's system language. To disable this, tap Use System Language
  • 7. Tap the languages you wish to use
  • 8. In a text entry screen, tap the Language icon to toggle between the selected keyboard languages
