  • You can use your phone's data connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot which allows other devices to connect to the Internet
  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers
  • 2. Tap Settings
  • 3. Tap More…
  • 4. Tap Tethering & Portable Hotspot
  • 5. Tap Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot
    Your phone will disconnect from any Wi-Fi networks it is connected to
  • 6. Tap Set up Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • 7. Tap Network SSID
  • 8. Enter a name for the network. This is the name that other devices will see when connecting to the network
  • 9. Tap Next
  • 10. Enter a password. This is the password that will need to be entered on other devices
  • 11. Tap Done
  • 12. Tap Save
  • 13. To disable a Wi-Fi hotspot, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 14. Tap Tethering or Hotspot Active
  • 15. Tap Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot
