    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key

    Tap Power Off

    Turn the phone over so that they back is facing you

  • 4.

    Insert the SIM ejection tool into the SIM tray and push until the tray ejects

  • 5.

    Remove the nano-SIM Card from the holder

  • 6.

    With the metal contacts facing up, place the SIM Card into the tray, making sure it is securely in place

  • 7.

    Slide the SIM tray back into the phone and push until it is secure

  • 8.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
