Using the Setup Assistant
Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone on

Tap the language
- 3.
Tap the language you wish to use
- 4.
Tap Let’s Go
- 5.
You can choose to copy your data from a different phone or set up as new. In this example, we will choose Set Up As New
- 6.
If you would like to connect to Wi-Fi, tap the network you wish to join
- 7.
If required, enter the network’s password and then tap Connect
- 8.
Tap Accept and Continue
- 9.
To sign in to your Google account, tap Email or Phone
If you don’t have a Google account tap More Options and follow the instructions to set one up
- 10.
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Google account and then tap Next
- 11.
Enter your password and then tap Next
- 12.
Tap I Agree
- 13.
Tap Add Fingerprint
- 14.
Select a backup unlock method. We will choose Fingerprint + PIN
- 15.
Select whether the PIN will be required to start the phone
- 16.
Enter a PIN and then tap Continue
- 17.
Re-enter the PIN and then tap OK
- 18.
Place a finger on the fingerprint sensor
- 19.
Tap Next
- 20.
Tap Next
- 21.
Place a finger on the fingerprint sensor
- 22.
Lift and replace your finger until your fingerprint has been successfully read
- 23.
If you would like to add more fingerprints, tap Add Another. Otherwise tap Next

Tap Got It
- 25.
Scroll down and tap Next
- 26.
To view an introduction to Google Assistant, tap Continue
- 27.
Scroll down and tap Yes, I’m In
- 28.
Tap Get Started
- 29.
Follow the instructions to set up Google Assistant
- 30.
Select whether you would like to have Trusted Voice turned on and then tap Finished
- 31.
Place your finger on the fingerprint sensor
- 32.
Tap All Set

If you would like to receive support and news from Motorola via email, scroll down and tap Yes, I’m In. Otherwise tap No, thanks
